Our Recipe: 21 grams in, 45 grams out (1:2.14), brewing for 28 – 32 seconds

We brew our espressos at a temperature of 94°C, using a 21g filter basket

This coffee blend is an ode to our native wildflowers that thrive in warmer weather. They flower for months and provide colour as well as nectar for insects, birds and even small animals. During this time, many of the state’s 13,000 species of plants will be flowering, although many also bloom in late summer and autumn.

WA is known as the Wildflower State because of its world-famous wildflowers that emerge every spring. The southwestern corner of WA has more species of flowering plants than almost anywhere else in the world.
