We brew our espressos at a temperature of 94°C, using a 21g filter basket

Our signature espresso blend from coffees that showcases specific farms, varietal and processing methods. We strive to buy smaller lots in their prime to keep the blend as fresh as possible.

The ingredients of the blend change based upon seasonality, yet the flavour profile for Coogee remains the same – This sweet and syrupy espresso blend has been the staple of our line-up since the very beginning.  It’s designed to mix elegantly with milk and delivers a refined espresso.

  • 21 grams of freshly ground coffee
  • 30-34 seconds
  • Pull 40-45 grams of liquid espresso
  • Grouphead at 94.5° C
  • 8 bars of pressure
